I have to say, as much as all my friends love their children, I've never heard anyone describe childbirth as a "little dip into heaven." Now there's a Mom that could really focus on the positive -- but I can see how it made your expectations quite different from the reality. Those kids just grab our hearts and make us love 'em, no matter what they put us through -- and well after birth!
